Practical AI consulting for businesses that want useful results, not AI theatre.
Mike Accolade helps businesses, founders and teams identify where AI can save time, improve customer experience, increase output and turn ideas into working digital systems.
From AI idea to a working business system.
The work starts with the problem, not the tool. Mike helps you decide where AI actually makes sense, then turns the useful opportunities into a practical implementation plan or a working build.
- AI strategy for small businesses, founders and teams
- AI assisted websites, web apps and SaaS products
- Customer support and WhatsApp automation
- AI content and video workflows
- Internal productivity and repetitive task automation
- Practical AI training for teams and individuals
Consulting from someone who also builds.
Mike Accolade combines AI consulting with full stack development and hands on automation. That means recommendations can move from a conversation into a working website, workflow, dashboard or product instead of ending as a slide deck.
