Social Content Automation

Mike Accolade

Content can move from conversation to published post much faster while Mike still controls the idea, message and final approval.

See the workflow
Problem:
Publishing several useful posts every day across a busy work schedule would normally require constant drafting, formatting and manual posting.
Build:
A content workflow that can start from ChatGPT or Claude and move ideas into LinkedIn publishing. Mike uses it to publish roughly 5 to 10 LinkedIn posts daily, with images, carousel content and, on some posts, an automated first comment.
WhatsApp Automation

Nive Digital

Leads can be captured and answered before the owner manually touches the phone.

See the workflow
Problem:
Incoming WhatsApp leads needed faster handling and contact saving.
Build:
A workflow for automatic contact saving and instant replies.
WhatsApp Automation

Lait Consult

Contacts save themselves and replies can go out immediately.

See the workflow
Problem:
Repeated contact saving and first responses were still manual.
Build:
Automatic contact saving and an auto responder on the business WhatsApp workflow.
Ecommerce Handoff

Savory Studio

Customers move through the buying flow with less manual explanation from the seller.

See the workflow
Problem:
Customers needed a cleaner path from product discovery to payment proof and delivery details.
Build:
A structured cart, checkout and bank transfer handoff into WhatsApp.
How I Build It

Automate the process, not the confusion.

01
Show me the repetitive work

Tell me what happens today, who does it and where things usually get delayed.

02
Map the trigger and result

We define what should start the automation and exactly what should happen next.

03
Choose the simplest tools

I reuse what already works where possible and only add new software when it solves a real gap.

04
Build and test

The workflow is tested with real scenarios, fallbacks and human handoff where judgement is still needed.

05
Hand over clearly

You get the working system, operating guidance and ownership of the agreed project files.

AI when it helps. Normal automation when it does not.

Not every workflow needs an AI agent. Sometimes a reliable trigger, form, database update or notification is the better solution. I choose the simplest system that can do the job properly.

FAQ

Before we automate anything.

Can everything in my business be automated?+

No. The right target is repetitive, predictable work. Important judgement, approvals and sensitive decisions should still stay with people.

Can you connect WhatsApp, Telegram, forms and email together?+

Yes, where the tools and accounts support the required integrations. That can also include WhatsApp Status scheduling, WhatsApp Group publishing, lead capture and follow up flows. The workflow is scoped around your exact setup first.

Do I need to change all the tools I already use?+

Usually no. I start by checking whether your existing tools can be connected or improved before recommending a replacement.

Can you automate social media posts?+

Yes. That can include LinkedIn, Facebook and X content preparation, images, carousels, approvals, scheduling, repurposing, publishing and first comment workflows where the platform and account access support it.

How much does automation cost?+

Automation is quoted after the workflow is mapped. A simple single channel setup is very different from a multi tool business system, so I do not force every business into one fixed price.

Start With One Problem

Tell me what your team keeps doing manually.

You do not need to know the tool or technical solution. Describe the repeated work and I will tell you what is worth automating first.
